I wanted to thank you for your excellent service regarding the transmission problem with my 1991 Dodge Caravan. I'm not an automotive expert, and it was refreshing to find an automotive shop with up front problem diagnosis and easy to understand terminology when discussing the problem with the customer. I really appreciated the patience of yourself and the mechanics at Benchmark Transmission when I returned the vehicle assuming that the transmission still had problems; and I respected your offer to refer the vehicle and your honesty in identifying the further problem of a clogged fuel filter. The van has run very well since its most recent repair. I will be sure to make reference Benchmark transmission to my friends and family.
