Hey Benchmark team, After being a resident of Middletown for over 20 years we've been to a lot of shops some good some average and some you should stay away from. If your checking the reviews for this shop you are in good hands. My first encounter was with Mitch the shop manager, right away I knew he knew what he was talking about. My van had been to three shops and I was starting to look for something else. The charges were getting out of hand and I had multiple codes and couldn't pass inspection.Mitch and the crew looked it over and called back with a price. Mitch was confident if I followed the plan I would be OK. Happy to say after months of stress I finally got my new plates and tags. My van runs great. Thanks Benchmark we will be back.
