I had tried several times at several places to ask for just a few minutes to be able to "show" the car's problem, but nobody would give me such time, but you. When you said "sure no problem, we'll go for a test drive together", I knew you were the right person and felt immediate confidence in you and in that whatever you found to be the problem you would do the right and honest work.
